The Reports hub lets you export any clinic view as a polished, branded file in the format that fits your workflow, whether that’s a PDF for a compliance folder, a spreadsheet for a bookkeeper, or a slide deck for a partner meeting. Open it by navigating to /live and selecting the Reports tab, or go directly to /live/reports.
Enable the PII Redaction toggle before exporting any report you plan to share with outside parties, accountants, consultants, or investors. PII is off by default (names and phone numbers are redacted unless you explicitly include them), so turning redaction on keeps sensitive patient data inside your clinic.

DOCX

Editable Word documents. Use when recipients need to annotate or reformat the report.

XLSX

Excel workbooks with structured columns. Best for data analysis and bookkeeping workflows.

PPTX

PowerPoint slide decks pre-populated with your clinic data. Hand these directly to stakeholders without reformatting.

CSV

Flat comma-separated files for importing into third-party tools, EHRs, or custom pipelines.

HTML

Self-contained HTML file with inline styles. Open in any browser or embed in internal portals.

PNG

A static image of the report (rendered with sharp, no browser), useful for presentations, emails, or quick visual snapshots.

Generating an export

1

Select a report view

In the Reports hub, click the view you want to export. Apply any date range or filter settings before proceeding.
2

Configure PII redaction (optional)

Decide whether to include PII. By default names and phone numbers are redacted; toggle to include them only when the recipient is authorized.
3

Choose a format

Open the Export As dropdown and select your target format: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, HTML, or PNG.
4

Click Export

Fit4Life OS generates the file server-side and triggers a download in your browser. Large reports may take a few seconds to compile.

Branded outputs

Every export carries Fit4Life OS branding, your clinic name and report metadata appear in the header, and the generation timestamp and selected date range travel with the file so recipients always know how current the data is.
