Select a report view
In the Reports hub, click the view you want to export. Apply any date range or filter settings before proceeding.

Configure PII redaction (optional)
Decide whether to include PII. By default names and phone numbers are redacted; toggle to include them only when the recipient is authorized.

Choose a format
Open the Export As dropdown and select your target format: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, HTML, or PNG.

Click Export
Fit4Life OS generates the file server-side and triggers a download in your browser. Large reports may take a few seconds to compile.
