Getting started

Log in to the OS

Navigate to your clinic’s Fit4Life OS URL and enter your practice password to access the dashboard.

Add your customers

Import or manually add your client roster with names, phone numbers, and order history.

Activate the SMS bot

Connect your Twilio number so customers can text to browse the menu and place reorders automatically.

Monitor from the inbox

Watch live conversations in the Operations Inbox and take over any thread whenever you want a personal touch.
The SMS bot requires an active Twilio number and a completed A2P 10DLC campaign registration before it can send messages to real customers. See the SMS Bot overview for setup details.
