The dashboard is the home screen of Fit4Life OS, available at /live. Every time you open the platform, it gives you an immediate read on what needs your attention, how revenue is trending, and which products are driving growth, all without digging through menus or running manual reports.

The “Needs You” Triage Strip

The triage strip sits at the top of the dashboard and is the first thing you should scan each morning. It surfaces the highest-priority items that require a human decision today, grouped into three card types and ranked by urgency, most critical on the left.

Overdue Reorders

Customers whose reorder window has already passed. Each card shows the customer name, product, and how many days overdue. Click the card to open the pre-filtered customer list.

Awaiting Fulfillment

Orders that have been placed but not yet sent to the clinic, specifically requested or invoiced. Click through to the order board filtered to ?status=awaiting to action them.

Due Soon

Customers approaching their next expected reorder date. Use this list to get ahead of reorders before they lapse.
When more cards exist than fit on screen, the strip collapses the overflow and shows a +N more indicator. Click it to expand the full list.
Work through the triage strip top-to-bottom each morning. Clearing “Overdue Reorders” first protects your retention rate; clearing “Awaiting Fulfillment” keeps your cash-flow reporting accurate.

KPI Tiles

Directly below the triage strip, four tiles give you a real-time snapshot of your business for the currently selected date range.
KPI tiles always reflect your whole business: they are not filtered by any individual product or status view you may have open elsewhere on the page.

Date Range Filter

Use the date range selector in the top-right of the dashboard to control which period all charts and tiles reflect. The available presets are:
  • Today: the current calendar day
  • Week: the current week
  • Month: the current calendar month
  • Quarter: the current quarter
  • All Time: every order on record (anchored to your oldest real order)
  • Custom: pick any start and end date using the date picker
Switching the range updates every tile, chart, and panel on the page simultaneously.

Revenue Trend Chart

The revenue trend chart plots paid-order revenue across the selected date range. Use it to spot day-of-week patterns, identify growth plateaus, and correlate revenue spikes with campaigns or new product launches. Hover over any data point to see the exact figure for that interval.

Top Products Panel

The top products panel ranks your catalog items by total revenue generated within the selected period. It shows each product’s name, unit count sold, and revenue contribution. Use it to identify your highest-performing products and ensure they are always in stock and included in reorder outreach.

Payment Mix Donut Chart

The payment mix chart breaks down revenue by payment method (for example, card, cash, or other tender). Use it to understand how your customers prefer to pay and to flag any over-reliance on a single channel.

Acting on a “Needs You” Card

1

Spot the card

Scan the triage strip; the most urgent items sit on the left.
2

Click the card

Clicking any card takes you directly to the relevant filtered list, either the customer list or the order board, pre-scoped to only the records that need attention.
3

Take action

From the filtered list, reach out to a customer, create a new order, or advance an existing order. The card counts update as you resolve items.
4

Return to the dashboard

Navigate back to /live at any time to see your updated triage strip and confirm all urgent items have been cleared.

The ⌘K Command Palette

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows) from anywhere in Fit4Life OS to open the command palette. Type a customer name, a screen name, or an action to jump there instantly, no clicking through the sidebar required. It is the fastest way to navigate when you know what you’re looking for.
